The St. Joseph Bay State Buffer Preserve Visitor Center and  Observation Tower is open to the public weekdays 9AM – 4PM EST and is located  at 3915 State Road 30A, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456.
Visit the Buffer Preserve’s Visitor Center for trail maps of the Buffer Preserve, educational exhibits about the plants and animals of the Preserves, and information about all kinds of outdoor activities in this area. You can also buy a nice T-shirt.
Climb to the top of the Observation Tower to the observation deck with mounted telescope for a panoramic view of St. Joseph Bay and surrounding coastal lands.
